How far in advance should I book a workshop?
Our public workshops typically fill up 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend sessions. For private group bookings or corporate events, we recommend reaching out at least 6 weeks prior to your desired date to ensure availability.
Do you offer private group or corporate team-building events?
Absolutely! We specialize in hands-on corporate team building where teams learn fire management and meat prep together. Private groups require a minimum of 8 guests. Contact us via the form for a custom quote.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before a workshop are eligible for a full refund or credit. Within 14 days, we can offer a credit for a future session. No-shows are not eligible for refunds as ingredients are prepared specifically for each guest.
Is the workshop space accessible?
Our Kensington Road location is fully ground-floor accessible. Please let us know in your inquiry if you have specific mobility requirements so we can ensure your workstation is optimized for your comfort.
